I am very satisfied ! Doug worked very hard for us ! The buyers realtor net profit was one and a half times what Doug received! Extremely unfair for Doug because he did all the work and she hardly knew what was going on! Doug had to guide it along! We are not happy about that ! We knew our buyers and had more conversations with them because she didn’t follow through on things!! You might consider the percentage to the realtor I who is representing the buyer on a sliding scale depending on services! This was easy money for her to just waltz in and collect without much effort!! Sorry but just feel it is unfair!
